Since 2010, I have worked with clients to achieve goals and experience real lasting success.
The success has been built on the ability to really understanding each client’s unique culture, situation, opportunities, and challenges. I am a Certified Clinical Counsellor specializing in individual and couples therapy [Gottman method and Emotion Focused Couples Therapy].
I hold a master's degree in Psychology and is certified as a counsellor (CCPA), coach (JMT), and trainer (JMT).
In my work, I use an eclectic approach incorporating an empathetic, personalized program of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) as well as some techniques from Narrative Therapy and a few other approaches. Through the use of behavior management techniques and experiential learning approaches, my clients experienced great change and gained confidence with their identities.
I am no stranger to the twists and turns that life can take us on. I have been able to use much of my life experience to support my clients. I have faced many trials in life. As a wife and mother of 4 children and many difficulties along that road, I work to help couples re-ignite their relationship.
During the course of her career, I have walked with people through some of their toughest times. I have been invited into people's most private moments and have had the privilege of seeing significant success and changes.
